I see a lot of not too good reviews. I would beg to differ from them. The people here are great, polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. Fabrics and towels and all appeared brand new. If I'm back in this area for work again I'll be staying here.
Got what I paid for. The room was very clean (queen suite) and the woman at the front desk was helpful at any hour of the night. I was sent on the late night search for advil and she knew exactly where i could still go at that time. The breakfast was nice with a waffle machine and some pastries to get us started. If you are on a budget, this place is going to be your best option in Cambridge.
All was well, planning on booking a room for a couple more days. Very close to my job site and other locations as well. Very clean, quiet and great washer and dryers!! Thanks again to my fiance for finding you guys and booking my room!!
Would have given 5 stars but the pool was not operational. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Would like to have had fruit.
My stay was pleasant. I checked in shortly after 3PM on a Saturday afternoon. The front desk staff was courteous and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable in all respects, and the A/C was powerful. I rate it 4 stars only because there is no elevator to the second floor, so you will have to lug your bags up a couple flights of stairs. I was lucky enough to get a ground floor room.
Nice enough hotel. Stayed for a week for a film project we were shooting in the area and the staff was great, room was comfortable and the only complaint was the refrigerator kept freezing anything I put in here. I checked to see if there was a dial to adjust the temp, but no go. Believe it or not, that was VERY frustrating because when I am remote and on set for aweek, I like to stock my fridge to keep from having to go out and eat. My only complaint for this place was the fridge. Room 111.
Over all we enjoyed ourselves. The only complaint I had was that the bathrooms could of definitely used a good cleaning...I actually scrubbed out the shower and tub myself before I felt comfortable enough to use it. Other then that the beds were comfortable, the staff were accommodating and we got a good night's sleep.
Nice little place for a weekend. Our family of four fit just fine. Our room was clean and comfortable. We messed up the timing of the continental breakfast, and the desk clerk was gracious enough to open the room so we could grab a little something before heading out for the day.
